You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive, anything after 10 minutes appointment will be canceled & charged. 10 minutes with zero notice is charged for service. All services are non refundable. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. 75% will be charged for no call no shows or missed appointments with same day notice.
